Ticking the box "Agreement to the processing of personal data" on the registration form the user of the National INSPIRE geo-portal (hereinafter "User") gives to a state contributory organisation (CENIA, Czech Environmental Information Agency, located in Praha 10, Vršovická 1442/65, Postal Code 100 10, ID 45249130), as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter "administrator") an explicit agreement in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended. This is so that the personal data provided in the registration questionnaire can be processed by the administrator for the purpose of providing access to spatial data and services, based on spatial data and handling orders of the selected data and services.
Providing personal data is voluntary by the user. If the user refuses to provide the requested personal information, he cannot use the National INSPIRE Geoportal.
Personal information may be disclosed by the administrator only to providers of spatial data and services for spatial data. This is in order to set up access to their data and services and to process the order of user-requested data and services.
Personal information are stored and processed by the administrator only as long as the account created by the user is active in the National INSPIRE geo-portal. After the cancellation of a user account all personal data are deleted from the system.
Personal data are processed in the data center at Praha 4, V Lomech 2339/1, Postal Code 140 00, operated by Telefónica Czech Republic, a.s., located in Praha 4, Za Brumlovkou 266/2, Postal Code 140 22, ID 60193336, with which the administrator has a concluded written agreement on the processing of personal data.
The user has the right to access personal data according to § 12 and other rights according to § 21 of the Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of of Personal Data, as amended, in particular the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague in the case that the administrator has violated its obligations under the above Act, and the right to request blocking, correction, supplementing or liquidation of personal data.
The user confirms that he/she was properly instructed by the administrator about their rights.
